Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy aims to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery for all customers.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
 You may request the cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order, please:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or phone at +91 6386678027.

Include your order number in the message to help us locate and process your request quickly.

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Cancellation requests made through Instagram, Facebook, or any platform other than our official support channels will not be considered valid.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
 If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and then initiate a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy.

3. COD Order Cancellation
 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
 Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.
 Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in the temporary or permanent disabling of the COD payment option for your future purchases.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds
 If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, credit/debit card, etc.).
 Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

5. Seller Cancellations
 We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued

  • The shipping address or contact details are incomplete or invalid

  • The order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway or fraud detection system

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued (if payment was already made).
