1. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add products to your cart, and complete checkout using UPI, card, netbanking, or COD.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders above ₹499 qualify for free pan-India shipping. For orders below ₹499, a nominal ₹49 shipping fee applies.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery timelines are estimates; occasional delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen events.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel before the order is dispatched. For COD orders, confirmation may be required. Once shipped, you can initiate a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.
5. How do I return or exchange a product?
Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery with a complete unboxing video. Exchanges are available for wrong, damaged, or defective products.
6. When will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 8–15 working days. For COD, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
7. Are all products genuine and high quality?

8. Do you ship to all pin codes in India?
We ship to all serviceable pin codes via trusted courier partners. If your area is unserviceable, we’ll contact you for a full refund.
